Cosmetic Tube/ Sachet Extrusion Tester

It has been designed to allow manufacturers of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and personal care products to test and measure the ease of removal and application of products such as pastes, creams and gels.

The tube is placed vertically between two rollers, clamping the closed end with a grip at the top. The grip and  sachet/tube move upward , forcing the contents out of tube to extrude, and at the same time, measuring the force required.

Product planner can evaluate changes in a product’s viscosity all over its shelf-life and adapt formulations properly. At the same time,  manufacturers can check structure and  the suitability of packaging material and its structure.
