ISO 3385 Flexible Cellular Foam Fatigue by Constant-Load Pounding
- Specifies the determination of loss in thickness and loss in hardness of materials intended for use in upholstery. For this test, use a TestResources 800LE Test Machine at 70 cycles per minute at a force of up to 750N. This test is similar to ASTM D3574 Method I3 and I5.
- Foam Pounding Dynamic Fatigue Test Machine is used to test material compressed indentation hardness, such as sponge, foam and other porous elastic. Put specimen under pressure plate, the plate compress the specimen with a specify speed until the national standard require concavity, the load cell feedback the pressure to computer, it processing and display, then measure the indentation hardness of sponge, foam and other materials.
Foam Rebound Tester
Foam Rebound Tester is designed according to ISO 8307 and ASTM D 3574 test standards . It through specify diameter and mass ball fall on the foam specimen from certain height, calculate the percentage between maximum drop height and rebound height, indicate foam resilience by spring rate. It uses PLC control, LCD display and with USB port to output test results.
Foam Roller Shear Test Machine

It apply to Innerspring, Box spring mattresses and Foam mattress. The Cornell Type Tester is used to test the long term capacity of bedding to resist cyclic loading. The machine consists of a double hemispherical ram head on a manually adjustable shaft. A load cell is located on the ram head to measure the force being applied to the mattress. The shaft is connected to an adjustable eccentric which is rotated by an electric motor at up to 100 cycles per minute variable.

ASTM F1566 Cornell Mattress Durability Tester
Cornell mattress durability tester apply to innerspring, box spring mattresses and foam mattress.
The Cornell mattress durability tester is used to test the long term capacity of bedding to resist cyclic loading. The mattress durability tester consists of a double hemispherical ram head on a manually adjustable shaft. A load cell is located on the ram head to measure the force being applied to the mattress. The shaft is connected to an adjustable eccentric which is rotated by an electric motor at up to 160 cycles per minute variable.
